PaintShop Pro 2023, is an application color managed process that provides support to me in Photo-PAINT much like a plug-in. Photo-PAINT is my core image editing application all final files are output from it. Excellent integration with CorelDRAW for universally compliant page layout and vector printing. It's much easier to make edits in Photo-PAINT that are invisible in the final file.

I use about 3 other RAW converters downloaded from camera manufacturers sites for cameras not supported in ASP.
I use 99% of the time AfterShot Pro 3 I can manage all my files then do my RAW conversion of most camera files. I also use PaintShop Pro as it also has large thumbnails and allows instant editing in PaintShop Pro. I need to be able to manage a low or high volume of images, the low volume can be a few, my botanical archive alone is over 7,000 images.

The needs of professions vary, one may produce images for a web shopping site, another may need to produce an image that not only goes on a web site but needs to be printed at art quality on archival papers at 60 inches without displaying signs that it was edited.Ī wildlife photographer may need to print 12 x 10 fully cropped image of a Nuthatch, a 2 inch high bird with full details in the feathers.
